Our Story

From a pet project to commission software for the telecom channel.

2014

The Beginning

System Metaphor started as a pet project to produce a management solution for telecom resellers.

2016

MyTelecom Launched

MyTelecom was released to the market, serving telecom resellers for MEO and Vodafone brands in Portugal.

2017-2023

Industry Experience

Founder Pedro Salgueiro took leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer (Accounting) and Planet Payment (Core Payments).

2024

Return to Mission

Pedro returned to System Metaphor full-time, bringing extensive enterprise experience back to the project.

2026

MyTelecom is now ShapeFlow

ShapeFlow, the new generation, takes over from MyTelecom, which is retired once its last client has migrated.
